What to Expect When We Arrive
Non-Runners Are No Problem
If your car does not start or move under its own power, we bring a flatbed truck or tow vehicle. No extra charge. Tell us when booking so we bring the right kit.

V5C and DVLA Notification
If you have your V5C, you complete Section 9 (the yellow slip) and post it to DVLA after collection. We explain this on the day. No logbook is required to proceed with collection.
Certificate of Destruction
Issued by the Authorised Treatment Facility within 7 days of the vehicle being processed. Confirms the car has been legally destroyed and removed from DVLA records.
